Emerging Business Fund
The fund focuses on companies that have started the Capex cycle and focus on sectors like Chemicals, Engineering, Pharma, Textile, and Electronics, etc. The fund will also have a very low benchmark overlap which will help in alpha generation over the long term.
The Fund seeks to deliver superior returns by investing primarily in listed companies that can benefit from strong growth in earnings and re-rating of businesses. It aims to invest bottom-up by identifying good companies with a competitive advantage. The Fund will endeavour to generate returns while investing in instruments like cash equities, debt and debt-related instruments, warrants, and other permissible securities/products in accordance with the Regulations.

InCred Alternative Investments Private Limited is an Investment Manager to InCred Alternative Opportunities Trust (“IAOT”) and InCred Alternative Investments Trust (“IAIT”).
InCred Credit Opportunities Fund- I, InCred Growth Partners Fund- I and InCred Credit Opportunities Fund-II are schemes under IAOT.
Constitution: IAOT has been set up as a Trust under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 and is registered with SEBI as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund vide registration no.
