InCred Equity Advantage Fund
The Scheme seeks to deliver superior returns by investing primarily in listed companies that can benefit from strong growth in earnings and re-rating of businesses. It aims to invest bottom up by identifying good companies with a competitive advantage. The Fund will endeavour to generate returns, while investing in instruments like cash equities, debt and debt related instruments, warrants and other permissible securities/products in accordance with the Regulations.

InCred Asset Management Private Limited is an Investment Manager to India Value and Growth Trust (“IVGT”).
India Value and Growth Fund- I, Emerging Business Fund and InCred Equity Advantage Fund- I are schemes under IVGT.
Constitution: IVGT has been set up as a Trust under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 and is registered with SEBI as a Category III Alternative Investment Fund vide registration no. IN/AIF3/18-19/0652 dated March 19, 2019.
