InCred Credit Opportunities Fund
InCred Credit Opportunities Fund – I (ICOF) is a performing credit fund focussed on fulfilling the credit needs of emerging Indian corporates. The fund provides non-dilutive long-term capital to high-quality, venture capital-backed Indian corporates which don’t yet get credit capital from the markets. Besides, the fund also has an opportunistic allocation towards established Indian corporates who are in need of structured credit capital for their bespoke requirements.
ICOF aims to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns to its investors by playing in the vast white space of credit under-supply, which is created by a) underdeveloped Indian debt capital markets and b) traditional Indian credit suppliers not focussing on this category or need of borrowers.
ICOF is supported by InCred Group’s deep credit investing track record in this space, various touch points across its business and its network of existing and upcoming businesses and entrepreneurs. ICOF is a Category II close-ended investment fund with a target size of INR 500 crore with a greenshoe option of another INR 500 crore. The fund was launched on August – 22 and announced its first close on Nov – 22.
