InCred Asset Management Private Limited is also registered as a Portfolio Manager with SEBI Regn. No. INP000007410 dated May 02, 2022.
InCred Asset Management Private Limited is an Investment Manager to India Value and Growth Trust (“IVGT”).
India Value and Growth Fund- I, Emerging Business Fund and InCred Equity Advantage Fund- I are schemes under IVGT.
Constitution: IVGT has been set up as a Trust under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 and is registered with SEBI as a Category III Alternative Investment Fund vide registration no.
